Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply when you download, access, or use AI Health Records and its secure web viewer. The service is operated by NEXTB LTD (company number 15920637), whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

You must be at least 18 years old. Availability varies by platform and storefront. The app is offered only in the countries or regions selected by NEXTB LTD in the applicable app store. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.

If you use the app for another person, you are responsible for having permission to handle and share their information.

2. Recording tool, not medical care

• The app does not measure blood pressure or blood glucose. It records readings from an external meter.
• It does not diagnose, interpret a condition, recommend treatment, change medication, or replace a clinician.
• It is not an emergency service. If you may be experiencing an emergency, use your local emergency service rather than the app or support email.
• Colors, charts, reference information, and summaries must not be treated as a medical decision.

3. Your confirmation and record accuracy

AI recognition produces a candidate. You must compare every candidate with the meter display, correct any error, confirm the unit, time and context, and explicitly save before relying on the record.

You remain responsible for the information you enter, confirm, export, or share. Manual entry is always the fallback when a photo is unclear or AI is unavailable.

4. Accounts and service availability

Local features do not require an account. Online account features may use Apple, Google, or a separately invited account. You must protect your device and login credentials and tell us if you believe an account has been compromised.

Online features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider failure, security controls, network conditions, or service changes. Local records must remain available when an optional cloud feature is unavailable.

5. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Manual entry, local history, trends, local reports, health-platform writing, export, and deletion remain free. Optional AI recognition and creation of new secure links may require Pro.

Prices, trial eligibility, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew through the store unless cancelled in the store settings before the applicable deadline. Restores, cancellations, and refund decisions are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law.

Deleting an AI Health Records cloud account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not delete local or cloud data.

6. Local data, health platforms, export, and sharing

Your confirmed record history is primarily local. Apple Health and Health Connect are separate platforms governed by your permissions. Deleting a local record asks the app to clean up the health-platform copy it created when technically available, but platform state must be checked separately.

Exports and secure links contain the records you select. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate recipient and channel. Revoking a secure link stops future service access but cannot erase files, screenshots, printouts, or other copies already made by a recipient.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, misuse another person’s account or health information, reverse access restrictions, automate abusive traffic, or use the app to make unsafe medical claims.

NEXTB LTD and its licensors retain rights in the app, service, design, and software. You retain rights in the information you create and authorize us only to process it as needed to provide the requested feature.

8. Suspension, termination, warranty, and liability

We may restrict an online feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity. You may stop using the app and may request cloud-account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, online features are provided as available and without a promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. NEXTB LTD is not responsible for a loss caused by relying on an unconfirmed AI candidate, failing to compare a record with the external meter, or using the service as medical advice contrary to these terms.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory rights or court protections available in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product, law, or providers change. Material changes will be dated and, when appropriate, presented before continued use of the affected online feature.
